Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes — within 4 hours of placing your order, before it ships. Contact client care and we'll adjust it for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Every order ships in our signature Klaris packaging. For gifts, add a handwritten note at checkout — complimentary.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
Standard: 2–4 business days (free over $150). Express: 1–2 days. Overnight: next business day for orders before 1pm ET.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join Klaris Insider to be first to know.
Is my order insured?+
Yes — every order ships insured and trackable, at no extra cost.
Returns
What is your return policy?+
30-day free returns and exchanges on unworn pieces with original packaging. Prepaid label included.
Can I exchange a ring size?+
Yes — one free size exchange per ring within 30 days.
When will I get my refund?+
Within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method.

What is gold vermeil?+
Sterling silver base plated with a thick layer of 18k gold (2.5–3 microns) — richer and more durable than standard gold plating.
Is Klaris jewelry hypoallergenic?+
Yes — every piece is nickel-free and made for sensitive skin. Our vermeil is safe for everyday wear.
Are your stones natural?+
Yes — quartz, topaz, amethyst, turquoise and tiger eye are natural and hand-selected. Zirconia is lab-grown for brilliance.
